Product information

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin — two mechanisms, one freeze-dried pen

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor. They are frequently studied together in the research literature because they act on two different receptor pathways.

Our blend uses CJC-1295 without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which gives a considerably shorter half-life than the DAC-modified version. Ipamorelin is described in the research literature as selective, with little reported effect on cortisol or prolactin at the concentrations studied.

Why freeze-dried matters

Peptides begin to degrade the moment they enter solution. Water attacks the peptide bonds (hydrolysis), dissolved oxygen reacts with amino acid side chains (oxidation), and individual molecules aggregate into inactive clusters. Both compounds in this blend are affected.

Freeze-drying keeps both peptides chemically stable through manufacturing, freight, customs, warehousing and delivery. The pen is only reconstituted at the point of use, so the stated quantity is present at reconstitution, not a degraded fraction of it.

The regulatory position

Neither CJC-1295 nor Ipamorelin is a licensed medicine, a food supplement, or an approved therapeutic product in the United Kingdom (MHRA), the European Union (EMA), or the United States (FDA). Both are research compounds.

Our pens are supplied strictly for laboratory research use.
