1. Who we are

Optigenix Health FZE (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through optigenixhealth.com. Contact: info@optigenixhealth.com.

2. What we collect

  • Order data — name, email, delivery address, phone number and order history, used to fulfil your order and provide support.
  • Payment data — processed by our payment providers; we never store full card details.
  • Marketing data — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Technical data — cookies and similar technologies, managed through the cookie consent banner. See section 6.

3. Why we use it

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and with your consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store: our hosting provider (Kinsta), payment processors, delivery carriers, and our email platform (Klaviyo) where you have subscribed. Each provider processes data under contract and only for the purpose we specify. Some providers are located outside the UK/EEA; where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical data retention is set out in the cookie banner.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the store, and optional analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. You can review and change your choices at any time via the cookie settings link in the consent banner.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@optigenixhealth.com. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
