1. Who we are

This website, optigenixhealth.com (the “Site”), is operated by Optigenix Health FZE (“Optigenix”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@optigenixhealth.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to access or purchase research-designated products from this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the Research Use Only Policy.

3. Products

Our current catalogue is supplied for research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We do not provide administration, injection, dosing, cycling, titration or medical advice. Product identity, amount, storage information and available batch documentation are stated on the relevant product page.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or where we cannot deliver to your location; in that case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, in euros (EUR). Prices include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the European Union. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations and returns

Your statutory rights, including rights of cancellation under UK and EU consumer law, are unaffected by these terms. Our Returns Policy sets out how to cancel and return an order, including exclusions for opened or unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the Optigenix name, logo, product copy and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Optigenix Health FZE and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
