Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and all countries of the European Union. We do not currently ship to other destinations. Certain product categories may be subject to additional destination restrictions; any such restriction is stated on the product page and applies to all customers equally.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
All orders are shipped tracked, and tracking details are emailed on dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.
Temperature-sensitive products
Any product requiring temperature-controlled transit is shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging, and its storage requirements are stated on the product page and label.
Customs and duties
Prices shown at checkout include applicable product taxes for your destination unless stated otherwise. Where a destination imposes import duties or handling fees beyond our control, these are the customer’s responsibility and will be indicated at checkout where possible.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact info@optigenixhealth.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly — replacement or refund, your choice, in accordance with your statutory rights.
