Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@optigenixhealth.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends, then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us.

Conditions

  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements or other sealed consumable goods that have been unsealed after delivery. This is a statutory exception under UK and EU consumer law.
  • Temperature-sensitive products that require cold-chain transit cannot be returned once dispatched, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the product price and standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days. We may reduce the refund where goods show handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
