How to store a reconstituted peptide
Once you reconstitute a peptide pen, the storage conditions from that point onward determine how much of the peptide you actually get to use.
This page covers temperature, light, and time – the three things you can control.
Temperature
Refrigerated, not frozen

How long a reconstituted pen lasts

Do:
- Store the pen in the door shelf of the fridge or the coldest interior area
- Keep it out of direct light
- Use it within four weeks of reconstitution
Do not:
- Freeze a reconstituted pen
- Shake it to mix (see reconstitution guide)
- Leave it at room temperature overnight
